Tuition

Each session includes activities, games, and exercises tailored just to your child, hours of careful preparation, and decades of experience working with many students and teachers.

Most students benefit from meeting with an academic therapist 2-3 times a week.
Our meeting times are from 8:00am through 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Private Session

We meet twice a week. Each four-week term is $495, which includes assessments, evaluations, materials, communication with your child’s teacher, conferences with your family,

In one session, we can cover different subjects, with some time for enriching games and exercises, as well as general educational support. Each lesson is tailored to the student, with a common lesson sequence looking like this:

  • a fun learning game or a simple check-in discussion

  • LiPS® or other phonological building exercises

  • reading comprehension or listening comprehension

  • math games, for example “dice match” by Ronit Bird

  • enjoyable math exercises that build calculation and memorization skills

  • “mental cool down,” a game, and plan for our next session

I do not offer refunds for when you cancel a lesson, however, I have many opportunities to reschedule, both in-person and on Zoom.

Group Learning

We meet 2-5x/week. Each hour-long session is $80, for up to 8 children at a time.

We use this time to work together on subjects that will be helped by input from a teacher, such as math, language, or social studies. Grades K-5 are available. Tuition includes planning, teaching, grading, assessments, and curriculum and work evidence provided when needed.
